Collaboration between two institutions and is intended to facilitate programs as follow:

• To launch joint research activities, including, the exchange of institute members and research personnels of Human Resourch Institute
• To identify other areas of possible interest and collaboration in human resources management and development, public administrations and public affairs
• To exchange academic and other publications
• To organize joint conferences, seminars, training, and academic meetings
